Many people come to see me and experience Past Life Regression for a number of different reasons ...

Some may be curious or skeptical or both, and are interested in who they were in a previous lifetime. Others may be regressed to "Past Lives" for therapeutic reasons, and Past Life Therapy is used to clear an aspect that may be causing problems in their current life.

A typical session lasts approximately one and a half hours and you are guided into hypnosis to a deep and comfortable level of relaxation. You are then guided into a past life and are prompted to reveal what you are experiencing there.

This process is completely safe and many that experience Past Life Regression say it is a life changing experience, which can bring them much learning and a greater understanding of their current lives.

I am a fully qualified clinical hypnotherapist and practitioner of NLP and Meridian Energy Therapy. I am registered with the National Council for Hypnotherapy and adhere to their strict codes of conduct and ethics. I am fully CRB checked and a member of the Past Life Therapists Association, and also registered with the UKCHO.

I have much experience in all types of Regression work. I have trained with Andy Tomlinson at the Regression Academy in both Regression Therapy and Spiritual Regression. The Spiritual Regression (Life between Lives) training is based on the work of Michael Newton.

I also have experience of healing and am a Reiki practitioner. Using my hypnotherapy training together with my spiritual experience and intuition, I will safely guide you on your journey of discovery.

Please note that most of the information on this website relates to Past Life Regression. Life between Lives (LBL) or Spiritual Regression is up another level from this, and you should be comfortable with the concept and previously experienced Past Life Regression before considering LBL Regression.
